We have partnered with a California firm specialising in sustainable building envelopes and energy efficient design.
The firm, Todd Jersey Architecture designed the first LEED gold hotel in the US and has a clear focus on creating earth friendly architecture.
The firm has won multiple awards and they have completed over 300 exemplary projects
We have also partnered with a very talented Interior design firm called Atelier Bond based in Kyoto, Japan.
The firm specialises in interior design inspired by traditional Japanese woodwork and detailing.
They are working extensively in Japan and Korea at present and are initiating expanding to India.
We have previously collaborated with Perkins Eastman, NY for the American embassy school project and
Bunnag architects based in Thailand for the Trident hotel project.
Our idea is to create a network of international designers who will come together on projects based on their expertise.
The end product will be unique designs which will never be repeated and will ensure architecture of value. Each design will have a unique story.
An international presence is critical today but in order to make that vision possible it is essential to have a local guiding hand,
that is what SDB Consultants can do due to their experience in the field.
Our New Delhi office will be the local architects for all work in India and will coordinate all stages of the project, just like they did with the Trident hotel, Gurgaon and the American Embassy school, Delhi.
They can translate the design shared by collaborators into full construction drawings and details along with overlooking the permitting process and all stages of construction locally.
